Hi from Oz,
Some careless bastard knocked over my '99 (in the middle of the car space), snapped the National Cycle screen and put the hand gearshift knob thru my Zambini badge (R) side, and put a round dent in the tank .
My badge is the one without "Indian" on it .
Does anyone have a 4 colour right hand side one ? (or a pair) they are no longer using . There appears to be an "Indian" logo-ed one for sale , but I can't find an unlabelled one !!!.
At least the guy gave me his details , so if we settle privately (so he avoids Excess & Premium increases) I can pay a few hundred for it (but I don't know he'll go Ebay prices .)
I'm getting quotes to un-dent the tank & repaint - will pinstripe myself .
Also black right rear Indicator - there is (1) listed in Japan , nowhere else . Hopefully I get him to cash up & I get that before it sells .
Ron Ayers & a lot of others no longer ship to Oz - the ones who do, don't have stock !
This is my keeper , nearly second time around the clock , so any leads, assistance, greatly appreciated .
Zambini badges seem to be impossible to find, have to buy new but that's tricky as I think Indian took out a lawsuit against them for copyright.
Not sure if the new ones are plastic , either.
A suitable replacement may be a couple of ones from India, I've bought a couple of sets of these, pretty good and no copyright protection there!
