Title: 2002 Drifter....interchangeability...have I got this right ??

Hi guys,

so....I tried looking up the answer first, but figured I'd ask to make certain.
There's a few parts I damaged on my 02 Drifter 1500 recently.

From what I gather, I can use the fuel tank of any other 150 Vulcan F.I....is that right ? It'll be the same tank, just probably a different colour.

Oops sorry, I just re-read this. I think the tank might have to be from an 01-05 Drifter, not not sure about a non-Drifter tank though. Sorry for any confusion.

Thought the 1500 Meanstreak used a slightly smaller tank ?? ?  Not sure about other tanks either.  Might be worth checking the tank capacity for each FI model - if they're the same as a Drifter then - maybe.  :o
