Title: Does front brake lever illuminate the brake light?
Post by: coolwind57 on September 27, 2021, 10:14:00 AM
Looks like a previous owner had done a bit of wiring a time or two, so I'm wondering if they may had disconnected the ability of the front brake lever to light up the brake light lens.  Surely Kawasaki didn't just wire the rear brake petal to illuminated the brake light lens....   Can one of you guy confirm this for me, please?

As you can see by the wiring diagram that Troll just posted, the front brake lever will light up the stop rear light, when pulled.
You should clearly hear a "click" coming from said lever.

Perfect, thanks fellas.  I'll dig into the wiring this weekend.  The PO must had jacked up the wiring somewhere.
