99 drifter w/33000 mi. Head gasket lea
king, need any advise on procedure

ht for trip and put 2000 approx.
Mi. On it now head gaskets leak. Bummer, want to keep the bike . Finances are low will have to scrounge for parts. Have service manual to work from,was hoping for wisdom from the crowd. Thanks in advance.

Head gasket? You sure? What's leaking? Coolant? External or internal?

Pretty common for the upper coolant hoses - between the heads - to leak.
