NOTE;

I CHANGED MY OIL TO 30W SYNTHETIC,  WILL THIS CAUSE IT?

 As you can read here:   http://www.gadgetjq.com/Oil_Articles.htm

I recommended for filters:   http://www.royalpurple.com/index.html

I use 10w/40w Kawa or Honda oil

Its not the weight... using auto oil with friction inhibitors in it will gum up the plates. Make sure you use oil intended for bikes, or at least oil with no friction inhibitors. I also suggest using the recommended viscosity range oil... but that's another discussion.

Cheers.
