Title: Big Brother IS watching

    I went out to our classroom and then to the riding range at Ft. McCoy today, and on the way home I went past this. It was made last year for some art exhibit in Chicago by FastCorp of Sparta (just west of the Fort). They have been storing it all winter out on their property about 40' off the road. I just couldn't help but stop and take a picture......
