The market is saturated with used Harleys..allot have hardly been ridden. My local CL is full of them and there are some good deals. Why would anyone buy a new one for 20k + when you can get a nice used one with low miles for less than half that.

I'll say more: why spend all that money, when you can get a nice & cool Drifter at a quarter of that...  ;)

Just read the article about the consolidation at the York plant.  It's about 2 hours from me.  The York plant has had so many ups and downs over the years.  They plan to hire another 400 people after they consolidate operations and close the other plant.

But I thought Harleys only went up in value.  ;)
