So...the 1500 I picked up on ebay has Vance & Hines Longshots without baffles.....just too loud for my taste....any suggestions on which baffles I should get? Just need to tone it down a bit without increasing the back pressure too much.

From memory (when I got my V & H Dual baggers with baffles 2 1/2 years ago), V & H have their own mini baffle (but as an extra) for these.
