Is this a balancer shaft what poined red arrow in picture?
I turn this by wrench and I think my bike now vibrating more....
Is this possible reason for vibrating. If so, how I can correct this normal?
That is one of the two motor mount bolts. There is an identical one in the front.

There are two long bolts that run east/west across the frame and hold the engine within rubber collars to the frame. There is a nut on one end of each rod. If you weren't holding the far nut while someone turned the bolt from other side, then it has just rotated in the mounts. Have someone put a wrench on one end and you loosen off the other end & then tighten to 18 foot-pounds - yes that is very low tension - this is so the engine can vibrate in the mounts, which synchronizes with the exhaust vibrating thru it's rubber attachments to the muffler, also at 18 foot pounds.
If you don't have a torque wrench that goes that low, then go soft & then nip a nylex nut on the end for a few turns, BUT not touching the other nut. Then if the first nut starts to undo towards the nylex nut you know you have gone too low, tighten slightly and repeat process. If you think you have been too ham-fisted (muscly) then go softer again and just check the nuts after 50 miles/80K
The front mount is on the downtube level with the top of the rear brake pedal.
