Title: Can a two up seat be made into a solo

I have a 2003 1500 drifter..Has anyone ever made a two up into a solo?

You'd be better off trading the two up for a solo.

Thanks Chief. I kind of felt that would probably be my best bet, but just out of curiosity, I had to ask.

I'm sure it can be done - I have a friend who did it - depends how good you are with a cut-off wheel, a knife and a stapler....   Like Chief said- better to buy one if it can be had -  but you could most likely get it done if you have to.

  Seen one done somewhere on the forum but it did not look really that good as they left the rest of the frame there and it was wasted space really......

put me down 2nd in line for that seat trade. I have one of the flame-stitched studded OEM solo seats I'll happily trade for a 2 up.
