If you're in Canada, you can order them through your Kawasaki Dealer.  Your Dealer likely won't know about them (mine didn't) though so you'll need the Kawasaki part numbers.  I'll need to do some digging to see if I can find the part numbers.

Found this on line (but can't verify accuracy of the numbers as I did mine so long ago):

Tensioner Extension: K92027-1500-DE (2)
Ring-O, Tensioner: K92055-1555 (2)
Gasket, Tensioner: K11009-1858 (2)

When I did mine, I didn't replace the 'O-Ring' or the 'gasket'.  You experience may differ.  :)
