I drew up a saddlebag / pannier mount aimed at fitting small bags to an 800 Drifter with a Kawasaki solo seat. I got these laser cut and powder coated.

Apart from getting the mounts cut and painted, you will need longer mounting bolts and a one small spacer to go between the mount and the Kawasaki seat mount.
It isn't intended to fit a bike with a Kawasaki dual seat. I doubt that it would fit any third-party seats. Kawasaki solo seat fit only.
