Title: G,day, How ya hanging...
Post by: Brownie on January 24, 2017, 23:36:08 PM
G,day, my names Brownie ,you Blokes can call me Brownie....,just purchased a 2002 Drifter 1500 haven't taken possession of it yet But it is all paid for, so I am waiting for it to be delivered  from Western Oz,I live in Victoria freaking miles away , I've only seen pics of it, its low Miles[KLM] and looks to be in Top Condition. yes I realise I'm putting my Faith and trust in Human kindness and that my fellow man will do the right thing,Hope I'm   not living in a fools paradise

I've been riding for bout 35 years owned a heap of different machines over the years but by far one of the nicest little bikes I have  ever owned was a Vulcan 900 custom, sold it  just over a year and half ago and bought a  Yamaha TDM 900 Brilliant bike just not me ,so had it in my head that Ill buy a Harley...did some research and didn't like what I was reading  and plus the fact we pay double than what you pay in the US, Well I thought to my self: Bugger that I'm going back to a Kwaka Vulcan,I was going to get a classic and then I remembered I really like the Drifters,So I have a drifter 1500 coming into my life...I already have plans for it to make it truly mine .nothing radical fresh paint,a little airbrush work and some custom made saddlebag carriers and maybe custom made hard-bags,that were made for my VN900, with custom made rear rack custom made crash Bars all done by me that's my plan any way, Ill put up plenty of pics as I go .cant wait for it to land in Vic....I will post pics as soon as.. so cheers guys

Welcome aboard, Brownie!
You will be amazed by ridin' your Drifter, because of her smoothness...
And remember, Drifters are sure head turner bikes: so, be ready to meet people askin' you questions about her (such as "Is that a Indian?"...)!
