Oh Man those looks good! I am going to have to get a set of those! Thanks for sharing
8) Pilgrim I must say that the lovely young lady you brought to Drift In for that one night she sure does keep that bike nice and clean looking. She really does take care of you........
she did...we parted ways but remain friends. That's why I put the solo back on.
I clay bared the paint and it really helped..brought the shine back.
bought the Meguilers clay bar kit and polish then waxed it.
;) so no reason we will not see you in WI.........
I don't have "Phat" risers. Just a set of standard custom aftermarket 7 inch risers. I love that all Drifters have 1 inch bars . It opens a world of options as opposed to the standard metric 7/8ths bars. Due to budgetary constraints at this time I used these in lieu of 14 apes. It makes for a much more comfortable ride and come up to bout 3 inches below shoulder height. My Only issue with stock Drifters is the stock seat and bars make you sit 'on top' of the bike, rather than 'in' it. Makes all the world difference in control and handling. These risers look good and work for now. Actually I may never need to go to apes,,,Time will tell.
Those look nice! I'd like mine to sit back a little closer to me though! But man those look sweet.
