Does anybody know where I can buy a driver backrest for my 800 drifter, it's a 2006. Yes, and I'm certainly not happy with the fact that it's in Hong Kong and therefore has a $40 shipping charge! Here's a backrest solo seat option for the 800 but you also need the saddle bag mounting kit to mount the backrest to which are made in limited production and pre-paid order waiting lists for the saddle bag mounts.

OK, thanks for that. Looks a little too rich for my wallet. I wonder if I can fabricate some kind of bracket on my own? I don't really have to have a back rest, but after about two hours in the saddle it would help alleviate back pain. My other bike has a driver back rest, and I'm nearly always leaning on it especially on long trips.
If you can find a Corbin seat, they have a backrest option. Not a cheap option either, but they are good looking and comfortable too. just an idea...
