Cabela's is having their Pre-Black Friday sale now. Someone gave me the flyer that's going around. I didn't find the same deals on their site though. It looks like there are some good deals to be had on ammo now, through Black Friday.

The sale price at Cabella's is tomorrow only, but the Remington rebate is effective from 11/20 to 11/30. The rebate has a limit of 4 100 round cases or $200 per person.
Been 2 months since I sent in my Remington rebate on personal defense ammo...still waiting. When (and if) actually get it, I won't remember what it's for!

Those rebates... I think they wait until the maximum time (or a little more) on purpose. Then they send you a rebate card that looks like a credit card offer, so that you have a good chance to throw it away by mistake. I wonder what percentage of rebates go unclaimed due to this?
Well, I ended up getting the max that Remington will refund. . . . 4 boxes. I also picked up a nice ammo box to put them in.
Which Cabela's is that .......I have been to the one in Sidney NE. did score a couple of decent rod and reels there at a sale.
This is the one in Hamburg, PA. They have a pretty cool walk though aquarium in there too.

Well, miracles DO happen! :o I just got my rebate check, $210. I ran to the bank with it and deposited it before Remington changed their mind. :o ;D
