Can u remove the rear fender support bars and be OK? Looking for a cleaner look?

Not unless you build an internal support for the fender.  The bumper you're wanting to remove has a lot of support function for the fender- it would bend all over without it.

But, it's been done....

I haven't seen any good pictures either - I was considering doing my 800 that way as well.   However, having the fender off and  studying it, seeing what would have to be done, I decided to skip it.  I had too many other custom projects on the list for me to justify this one. 

I believe, though, you could make a bracket out of 1" x 1/8" flat steel, maybe, and get it to work with minimal effort.  Bend the bracket in a "U" shape to fit around the inside of the fender, lining up  with all the support holes.  Then at the ends, branch off another piece for the other swing-arm mounting location, and weld it on the "U".
