I am having the toughest time finding a service manual. Any recommendations?
I've tried searching as well as the links here but most of the links do not have any products available anymore.

Although, I have a paper copy for the 1500, and I find myself using it more often than the electronic version.
I took the electronic copy and printed it out on both sides, covered with page protectors, and have it handy when working on the bike because I would rather have that in the living room when working on the bike then a computer.
I also put the part numbers I have bought or used on the respected page for future ref.
This is exactly what I needed, thank you so much. I even searched ebay (a few times actually) but for some reason I couldn't find a manual that included 2005 models.
Not even sure that there is much of a difference.

Good you found what you needed, my Kawasaki Vulcan 800 manual is for 1995 ~ 2005 with a Vulcan800 Drifter Supplement, then I also have the one that GreenBarn linked you to
