Title: Oil leak??

Has anyone else ever had this happen or have any idea what the cause might be?

Is that oil on the cooling fins just above the spark plug??   Looks like perhaps the valve cover is leaking.

cam bore plug...there is a fix outlined here, somewhere....pretty easy fix

Engine has to come out to remove the cam cover

Most people who follow the instructions listed on the link fix it the first time. Keep in mind, the cam bore plugs are rubber, and are now about 15 years old.....There is one on the left front, too
