Does anyone know who makes a Lay Down Licence Plate with the proper bolt pattern for my 1999 1500? Most of the ones on Ebay seem to have a smaller bolt pattern than mine. Center to center for the bottom bolts is around 2 1/4 inches. Last thing I want to do is start retro-fiting. Thanks, Alan.
You can make one for pennies and it takes practically no time at all to make. http://www.gadgetjq.com/laydownplatedrifter.htm
This is the only Drifter ready bracket I can find, a good solution if price is no object

Here is a thread about the laydown, I included a couple pics of mine, just used an old mc license plate for the mount and was as easy as peeing in the shower.

I used one for a Harley. This has a 3 bolt pattern, The center fender bolt will line up nicely to stock. I drilled the fender for a small roll pin to keep it from rotating.
Not quite a bolt on, but not bad.

Nice pinstriping, Coupe. Did you do that?
No. A local guy (Houston area) did it.
He pinstriped my wife's 66 mustang too.
His name is Jim Carnifax. He does a nice job.
Yep, pin striping looks boss!
