First off, Mods, sorry if it's in the wrong place.. didn't see anything that fit the bill area wise, and after search didn't find quite what i was searching for, now on the the question...
What's your preferred method of cleaning the non chrome bits.. (Triple tree, lower fork tubes, hand controls and what not) i'm assuming aluminum bits, mine are a bit dingy, not looking to polish (Yet, maybe in the future) but mainly general touch-up. Was thinking some 0000 steel wool would clean some without beating it up too bad. Just hitting up the resident experts in this matter for tips of the trade. Thanks for the help.
You mean there's non-chrome bits on my bike? Oh no! ;)
Bahahaha.. I wanna make it purty, PO had it under car port.. so semi exposed (but covered) So gotta make it nice again.

Speak for yourself! I was riding last Saturday.......and then it snowed again. :(
I use a maintenance spray and a cloth to remove stains, then a coating of beeswax to keep it clean, I just wipe the wax off rather than polish it so that it still protects.

PC hopefully the snow fall has come to a halt for this year for all of to enjoy time back in the saddle . I sure hope you gave Ms. Nadine and nice bubble washing to show her off , especially after abusing her with that snow you exposed her to last month Mr. :o ;D
