So tonight I went to supper with a lovely lady from Nova Scotia and we had a really good talk about Fred and my sister, but mostly about Drifters. L you have now become my lucky charm, I got home and had a call from a buddy. I had to teach today like I told you, went to the Mess for lunch and signed in like I have done for the past 13 years every Friday. So tonight for the first in 13 years my name was drawn in the snowball ..........welcome new 465 Progressive shock......paid for ..Thanks L.

Wow this seems like good times ! Little confused about the snowball thingy ? Is this like a 50/50 drawing or something ? And no pics coming from you on this drift-in ??? you being a gentleman , I'm starting to think you had the tin hat on again ;)
Sorry Drift1 snow ball is like a 50/50 but the whole pot goes to the winner, local here at the Mess (military club) we go if it reaches $500.00 it then starts a second one and they go till a name is drawn who signed in and paid for the week, then any money left is drawn and names are drawn in Dec 20th till the money is gone so people have it for xmas. Oh a picture was posted in the Drifter Sightings but seems you missed it so I'll re post it here just for you. Yes I was very nice and polite to a lady from down East. no you nerd I was eating supper and we do not wear hats while eating supper.
Glad you won , buddy 8) Now the new shock money can go towards drift-in . Man no hat , thong . and you even let driftingirl sit on your scoot . Now that's a true well mannered gentleman . Proud of you but , now I'm scared what happens next after all this good behavior . I think the rest of us drifters are going to be in trouble . Be prepared guys the ratman is up to something LOL ::)
That is the money for the new shock...and we can now start to save for Drift in and for all that gas money.
Yes, I can vouch for the fact that Ratman is a nice guy. 100% gentleman, in person, despite the impression he is able to make in cyber space. I carefully checked but didn't see anything shiny peeking out of a pocket or lining his helmet. But he could have waited for me to open my eyes for that pic. Of course with winter coming you could always print it off and use it to scare mice out of your shop. :o ;D ;D ;D

So you are shorting your employer by not paying full attention to you're work and only doing half of your productivity, perhaps you should only get half the pay.......oh right you are the owner operator that is why.......
