Oem rear spring dimension please. Ok did my work and would like yo order just a spring from progressive to replace the one on my 800 rear monoshock, simply can't afford complete monoshock for now. I know many of you guys replace the original monoshock with a progressive 465, if you have the old shock laying around would it be possible to get the spring height uncompressed (removed from the shock) and the I.D. please, please, please!!!
I found a complete spec sheet of progressive springs and hope to match. The one they use on their 465 for the drifter is the 1158-20b rated at 400/450 lbs, 6.75" long, 2,35" I.D. For heavier cargo they suggest the 1165-20b rated at 500/600 lbs, 7", 2,30" I.D. That would be my choice, if it fits, as I'm quite close to 300lbs myself. This is also the 465 spring they use in the newer vulcan 900.
