Need to replace my rear tire. Whats involved in removing the rear wheel?
Is there a post on r/r a rear wheel 1500? Found the one for the 800.
Thanks aralph
Here, try this: http://www.gadgetjq.com/drifter_rear_tire_remove.htm
It's actually pretty easy, way easier than taking the rear wheel off an oil bath H-D, and all the bolt holes line up when you got to put it back together!
Thanks Troll
Looks easy enough.
Will save me some money to put towards a lightbar.

just found this and it is overkill to do all that...
I have mine off, only works if you have a bike/atv jack and not just a single jack... however, you could use a hoist or come-along in a garage just the same.
i am sure the issue will be putting it back on because the differential needs to be aligned but you're only talking a fractional twist of the tire to get it in... once it is in, make sure it stays there and slide the caliper back on then put the axle/bolt in... we'll see later this week when i re-install it! :)
