I have to go out and look again and see if they wire into the tail light itself or are on a separate line.

Wow I am guessing I did not get any replys because I wasnt smart enough to figure out that the plate bracket did not come with led lights installed in it so nobody could figure out what in the world I was talking about.
Somebody altered this one. I have one comming from Chief and I will try and install the led lights off this one.

I would think, if I understand what you're doing here, that you would want to wird those into the tail light. Isn't that the closest easiest place? Do I understand correctly that you want these LEDs to come on as marker lights, right?
greenbarn thats correct. However I dont know if I can go under the rubber seal on the tail light or not as everything is tight but will see.

T6... If you haven't done so already I found taking the rear fender off to get access to the wiring is much easier.Once the fender is off if I remember correctly the twilight is only held on by three washer & nuts.The seal is attatched to the brake light assembly so if you loosen the bolts you can easily slide the marker wires underbwath then tighten it back down.As far as wiring them in I'm not to sure what wires (color) but if it were me I would atatch the marker light wires to find witch ones work.I believe the power source was blue,greenand the ground was red or vice versa.Like I said once you unbolt the tail light everything is right there.
If they're true LED's then you'd probably have to wire them through a load equalizer as LED's use much less power then regular bulbs.
yea, the fender is a lot easier to get off than it looks. Not bad, I think 6 bolts if I remember.
thanks guys looks like this is more detailed than I thought. I have been reading on it and one guy says you dont need a voltage control and the next does or a resistor. Looks like I might have to remove the fender to see where to hook it.

Since they are only going to be connected as markers, you don't need anything special. If they were going to be turn signals, then you would need a load simulator. The only important thing to worry about is polarity. LEDs only work in one direction. If this were mine, I'd tap into the license plate light circuit....

thanks troll I am going to try that. Well I got all the parts to complete the bracket except for the top reflector above the liscense plate bracket. It appears to be a bolt on reflector that the star shape in the mount goes into.
Funny thing is every part schematic I look at shows the plate holder and mounting bracket but does not list the above reflector or the side reflectors.
I could grind the mount smooth and put a bar reflector on there silconed I guess but would like to by the original but looks like they did not even list it in the parts. Checked ebay and nothing there. Also bike bandit and others but most use the same parts pictures.
