Are 1500 kawasaki Nomad & Classic FUEL INJECTED 'motor parts' interchangeable with Drifter?

I know body panels are not the same.

I'm talking about engine parts, radiator, fuel,  clutch,brakes, electrical, etc.

Many are, but some are not. The best way is to look at the part number for each model. The engine parts are pretty much the same.
