Title: Front Fender 1500 (1999)
Post by: Drifterfox on December 31, 2012, 06:24:13 AM
Hi All,
My front fender is broken.  Can someone help me out on getting a new one?  I just can't find it here in Belgium (Europe).
How much does it cost and how much will the shipping cost?
Thanks !

Hi Gert, try the kawasaki dealer, but they are expensive. Some time ago there was one for sale in belgium. He only has a rear fender now for sale.
Some guy in USA makes them: http://www.ebay.com/itm/KAWASAKI-DRIFTER-INDIAN-FRONT-FENDER-FIBERGLASS-/251197527560
But also expensive including painting, transport and customs.

Cant you repair the fender? They can be welded again by a specialist.

Oldy's makes fenders for our bikes, but it's not quite a straight bolt on as you'll have to drill the mounting holes and then prep and paint.  http://www.oldinc.com/oldys.htm

Also, I've seen a few guys who have modified a Gilroy Indian fender to make it fit.
