I'm not new to the Kawasaki world having owned an 800 and 1500 classic, 1500 Nomad since 2003. I just bought a very nice condition 2001 Drifter 1500 w/14,000 mi. and pretty much bone stock. Can anyone tell me if an OEM windshield for a classic 1500 01 -04 will fit my Drifter? I can get one for a very reasonable price. If I am interpreting what I read on Ebay and in catalogs, I think they will match. However the original part numbers in my old Kaw accessory catalogs do not match for the windshields. I have found this in the past from model to model but some parts will cross over and bolt up. I cannot try my windshield from the 1500 classic as I totaled it. Ins money bought the Drifter.
There are sources for windshields over on the website in the accessories area. There is a category for them or search for windshield.
Curious what you found. I can't find the accessories area on the website.
