I purchased my 1999 Drifter back in June of this year and it was pretty much stock and over the summer I have dressed my machine to my taste. If you would like to see her I wrote a nice blog on my web site about her. Here is the link.

Nice ride! Luv that red.
OK, maybe I'm dumb, but I can't find anything on that link about Indian drifters. Where is the link? I'd really like to see what you've done.
You will have yo scroll back to Sept 23 when I posted this on my blog. There you will see the pictures. Or email me direct and I will send them to you.

Very nice. Where did you find the seat rail? I've been looking for one for my 1500 and haven't had any luck.
The seat rail is one of the hardest items to locate. I spent hours and hours searching all the lists such as craigs list ect ect and finally found one. It took a lot of time.

Marshall,
Thats almost exactly what I am looking to do to my bike without the fringe.
I am trying to find matching bags, seat, bibs, grips, and lever covers and a black seat reail since my bike is almost void of chrome.
Where did you get the bags, and seat?
I am very interested in looking at those.
I put a post up in another section asking for information but your pics are very close to what I am looking for.
I am glad I stuck with it your thread, finding it today on that blog was tough until I found your post saying September 20th.
Also, sweeet ride man.
Any info that would help me in my search would be great.
