I guess there can only be two things binding, speedo drive or the odometer. I'm just curious if anyone else had had probs with this before I go taking things apart. Have put about 8k since the last one broke. Both broke right at the bottom where it curves in towards the wheel. I'm thinking it must be the speedometer. And 20 bucks for the part isn't so bad. I may just order 2 to save on shipping.
This is a known problem. Apparently the nomad cable is a bit longer and eliminates the stress problem. You might want to give that a shot.
