I have a '99 Drifter 1500 that I've sold and the guy is driving here (VA) from Arkansas today to pick it up. I have all sorts of accessories, including the windshield for it. I've never put any of them on, I liked the looks of the bike better without them. He asked if I would put the windshield on for him so he could have it on for the trip back. I have two repair manuals, the owners manual and I have searched this site and the internet to see how things go on, can't even find a close-up that shows how the brackets are oriented. To be honest, I don't even know if these are the correct brackets although the previous owner told me they are. Also not sure if I need to run out and buy extra nuts and bolts. Doesn't look like you have all the brackets. Mine has an angle piece that fits across the triple tree under the riser bolts. Two side brackets are attached to that. Then the windshield has two brackets that mate with the two side brackets.
