Title: Engine code location?
Post by: Ironraven on April 17, 2012, 19:34:34 PM
Sorry for thread bombing here... but this is a pretty important one since I can't get a title in MN without the engine code.  I've read that it's on the "left" side of the bike between the crank case and the frame but I can't see the damn thing for the life of me!  Is it stamped on or is it a plate?  I'm a little worried now that since the former owner pained the engine the code might be gone if it was on a plate... and boy would that suck!  If someone could take a picture of where it is or give a better description that what I could find in a google search I'd really appreciate it...

Thanks Chief!  I wonder why my search didn't pull up that thread... Oh well, problem solved.

With the quick search you have to ensure you are at the HOME index... or it just searches your current/last category location. Hit HOME before you search to search everything... or use the advanced search option and pick what you want.
