Title: Air covers and seats
Post by: Snow Drifter on January 31, 2012, 15:35:41 PM
I am sure this has been asked but I suck at searching. Who has the best teardrop shaped Indian air intake covers that fit the Drifter 1500? Secondly, is there anyone out there that has made/seen a 2 up seat that are like the spring type solo seat?
Thanks for any info.

1) The backing plate is the problem. You have to get an adapter or modify that plate to add other airboxes  Kuryakyn has some that work on drifters. Also there are adapters.

2) Sprung two-up... no. The closest would be a modified Chummie Seat... Heather's Leathers makes some.

You can do a springer with a driver and passenger seat . the fronts a harley police seat the rear is an early harley springer .
