Title: Do all DRIFTERS HAVE A NAME AND id# stamped between handlebars?

I know the 1999 DRIFTER HAS A NAME AND id# stamped between handlebars?

What about other years?

Back when I got my engraved handlebar holder from Kawasaki, they gave me the original holders back.  When buying a bike with the owner's name on it, you should ask for the two original parts.  He/She might just have them in the box.
