Hi, I took the wife out today for a short ride (about 60 miles).
Most of it was back roads at 45-50 ish just an easy ride.
The last 10 miles was interstate and about 80ish. about 6 miles into the interstate, my wife said her ankle was getting wet.(she was wearing shorts).
I throttled back to 55 and eased it home. once there, i noticed a droplet water on the bottom of the right side air cleaner.
I opened it up and found some water in the bottom of the cover,
it didn't really smell like antifreeze (i am running 50/50 mix).
Here is a picture of where it is.
Also, on the inside of the chrome cover was several droplets like it had been sprayed there under pressure.
The temp light never came on, and the coolant level seems to be where it always is.
What is that hole at the bottom for?
Thank you in advance,
45 Bravo

That's condensation. The hose goes to the oil/vapor separator. There is a drain line running to the left side, under the air filter housing, that is supposed to be drained with each oil change, but there has never been anything in mine to drain.
