Title: Weak Clutch lever

I have 2000 1500 Drifter. The clutch seams week, clutch does not slip but the clutch lever movement is less than .25 when released. Also cleaned the Master Cyl. and rebuilt the slave cyl.  bleed system no air in system.

Not completely understand what your problem is but on the lever there is a adjustment knob with numbers 1-5. With that you can easily set the distance of the lever from the handle bar.

Yeah, and that's the only adjustment for it, since its hydraulic.

My wife's Drifter had the same problem, the mainspring on the clutch plate assembly was weak, after I replaced it the problem was solved.
