Post by: annieoakley on April 08, 2010, 11:32:29 AM
I have a wonderful best friend who is an awesome gun engraver... Look at the cool part he made for my bike. The picture really doesn't do it justice.

Hey Indy! Hows things in the Netherlands? Did you have a long winter? I've been bad, I haven't picked up any paintbrushes lately :( Now with the warm sunshine I don't give my poor bike time to cool off ;D

Thanks CAV, I love my engraved original!!! ( and I'm partial to my original painting of it too! ;D)  When I take my bike to shows, the first thing people see is the beautiful engraving on the hypercharger, and then everything on the bike makes sense to them. I have made a few changes that I haven't gotten posted yet, but I hope to do that real soon. I've been riding the tires off of it and I am real close to turning over 24,000 miles, (it had 14k on it when I bought it but that was only 15 months ago and as you remember I didn't get to ride it at all from October to Spring) I think I did real good at making up for lost time ;D glad to see your's is still on the road and getting lots of new bling too!

I'm trying to make mine look as good as yours. I was to start my 1650 mile solo road trip today, can't leave until tomorrow :(. When I return the tank, front fender, and side covers go in to get custom airbrush done to them. I posted photos on"what did you do to your ride today"
