I will have to say, the air compressor is probably the most useful thing I've added... I like the cabinets and floors, but the compressor just makes things easier...
my top 10 list would include a shed for storing all the kids stuff so I could get to my tool box and have room to work! HAHAH my daughters both just grew up and moved out, they will get their stuff when they get settled, but in the mean time, its a pain in the tuckus!
I thought I had plenty of "toys" but I've only got 3 of the 10. They should have listed an air compressor, power hack saw, and a drill press. You can make all kinds of things then.
Air Compressor......Love it!
Angle grinder with grinding and cutting discs.......Top notch!
Leatherworking tools.......for a Drifter.......Priceless!
Spare time......Invalueable!
