I say you make a specific post with a title that's sure to catch the eye, and then also Email all the Drifter owners in the area and see if you get any bites.
Ok but im not talking about a long trip with other riders im talking about a specific meet to get to know some other guys that have my bike amd cruise. I will agree that riding solo is peaceful stress free an an absolute dream but for this instance the fun of it is riding with another drifter bc they are so rare

Gotta agree...he who travels fastest, goes alone....Of course, most of my trips with a group, up 'till the last few years have been with "brand x" riders....

There have been a couple of drifter gatherings other than the DI... since there are so few of us around usually it resulted in fewer than five bikes...
Maybe this will spark some interest up and you can have a Mini-Drift-In? Kinda short notice, but maybe make a 3 day weekend out of it? I won't be there as Indiana is a bit far, but go for it!
Why cant we do a late fall drift-in west coast southern cali? The Pacific Coast Highway is an absolute dream to ride on an I'm a sure it has only once if ever seen several drifters cruiser at the same time. I know we have people in san diego inland an north of LA but what about close stares like nevada arizona utah ect lets get a bunch of together. Santa Barbara san diego la solvang where ever lets do it!! Or do ypu guys need a better excuse to ride your bike in oct than great weather gorgeous scenery an good looking bikes?
...enough to make a guy feel like a kid in a candy store....with no money.....
In case you haven't seen it...this is what 30+ Drifters looks like
Going to your first Drift-In is like walking into "Toys-R-Us" for the first time as a little kid....
In all my time shopping and looking for Drifters, I had only seen a total of 3 in the flesh (owned 2 of those) - so pulling into a parking lot with what ended up being somewhere around 30 of them was QUITE a treat.
Remember that one really weird person at your last family reunion? Picture about a hundred of them, all in one family at one time and you've got the gist of it. About all they have going for them is that they all ride Drifters.
