I have always found it better to do the easy/simple stuff first then move into the rebuilds, etc. But it does should like a rebuild is in your future.
Then once that piece of the equation is confirmed - if there still are problems I would move to replacement items.

Quote from: lefecious on March 21, 2010, 12:30:49 PMDefinitely not normal.I have to pump my clutch about 10 times if I've ridden the previous day, and about 50 times if it's been several days, before I actually get the resistance in the lever that tells me it's got hydrolic pressure.
Is this normal or am I low on fluid?
Is there any leaking fluid down at the slave cylinder?
If not, to me it sounds like the master cylinder needs rebuilt and might as well go with the slave cylinder as well.
To me it sounds like you build up pressure in the system, then after a few days the fluid leaks past the master cylinder.
Not normal. Check the level. May need to bleed system... Or replace the fluid. After that it gets harder and more expensive
Yeah, thats pretty exteme.
i'd say it's time to rebuild the clutch system(slave & mater cylinders)
