- January 22, 2011, 17:42:20 PMI was going to put a set of clubman bars on my W650, but I can't find what I want, so I modified the stockers, turned them down, and put bar end mirrors on. The result is a "European sporting" riding position that's pretty easy on my back for about 200 miles at a sitting, while still giving me the leverage I need to flick it through corners. Maybe I'll find some bars this summer, like maybe some clip-ons I like... otherwise, I'll stick to what I have. Kawasaki is responding to the world wide demand for this now discontinued model with a new version, fuel injected, 800 cc, but no kick starter....At least they are listening to their customers.......
