It's time to stop losing weight and try to maintain your current build..
I've lost about 30lbs in the last year, that's enough for me, my mind keeps telling me I would like to weigh 168lbs and then I tell it to shut up, 210lbs seems good enough.
You need some reserves to get you through the next illness.
On the other hand if you lose a bit more, it will make it easier for them to carry your coffin.John.
100 and counting.... Betcha can't get to 200...
Looks like you are getting pretty close to your ideal weight, there buddy. There's such a thing as too thin, too, you know (so I'm told) so don't go overboard!
OK, if you think I'm going to touch that with a 10 foot pole.........
I'm really not sure. All I can say is I now look like my father, just before he died....
That's quite a difference!
Are you happy with your weight now? That's when you stop.
As you guys know, I embarked on a simple quest to make my bike both faster and more fuel efficient by losing weight. I was prepping my laptop to install the latest build of Win 10 tech preview, and I came across a couple of pictures I had taken with the built in web cam. They are in chronological order, left to right, starting in the fall of 2013, Sept. of 2014 and ending with last evening...100 lbs. as of the last picture...Should I stop now?
