Congrats!! Sweet looking bike. That is my favorite (factory) color combo on Drifters. Let us know how it rides. And don't forget, we like pics of all mods!!

Nice straight looking machine. Good find with the correct mounting hardware for the saddlebags with the rack. Factory windscreen and engine guard too.  Good luck with it and welcome aboard.

Thanks to everyone that responded to a post I made...it helped me to decide to get a 1500 instead of the 800.

I drove ~4 hrs (each way) to pick up this beautiful 2001 1500 Drifter with 4500 miles on it!   The bike looks gorgeous.   It's late and the pictures aren't the greatest so I'll take more in the following few days.
