Totally oblivious and deserves jail time, IMHO.

What sort of idiot would stop and PARK in the middle of a damn road where there was poor visibility. At the very least she should be prohibited from driving forever, after she gets out of jail. I have no sympathy for such stupidity.

   I was also taught if need be take the animal out and avoid the other traffic or making a maneuver that was dangerous.

When I was teaching my kids to drive I drilled it into their heads that they always had to be aware of what others were "expecting" them to do.
