I haven't heard from Pete lately.  Talked to BoaSki the other day, though.  Might get together in a week or so for a Drifter Rider's not-riding-cause-it's-too-cold breakfast or cup of coffee or something.

Ratman, when you come, I'd be glad to do the bridge tour for you.  I put together a ride this summer, I think it's about 80 miles, with about 8 (if I remember) scenic covered bridges, and some pretty nice Ohio Scenery (for this part of the state), including River Road, along the Scenic Scioto River.  If you want, we'll extend it far enough to stop by the G & R Tavern in Waldo for a World-Famous Bologna sandwich.

That is an awesome picture Greenbarn!

Thanks, I like covered bridges, and Ohio in general, and our county (Union Co.) have quite a few.

That is a nice pic and bike by the way . Doesn't Bake have a similar pic with the covered bridge ? Wonder if this is the same place  ::)

Perhaps you were thinking of my pics from this summer.   They were from Ohio.

This particular bridge is in Knox County IL near Galesburg.  Myself and some of my fellow Vulcan riders visited several covered bridges in IL this past year.  These other two pictures are near Princeton IL
