Having just had mine about a week, and with riding weather almost gone what little I have got to ride mine I surely do love it!! light on her feet and nimble in comparison to my 1700 Nomad. Out on the open road the Nomad is hard to beat, but on shorter trips I think I am really going to like my Drifter! I told my wife if the Drifter was any easier to ride I would have to call it a slut!
lol I had my Ford Ranger for 22 years......speedo went over twice or more cannot remember, but I hope to live long enough to do the same with the Drifter.....
Ricardo what only one picture....why not more afraid of spoiling us?
I had to convince myself, at first...but now after we've been together for 42,000 miles, I kinda like it....Remember, I had my TourGlide for 200,000, and my Hot rod ElectraGlide for 254,000....I tend to hold onto things for a while...
Ricardo , I too , am a huge fan of the drifter ! Sweet looking ride brother
I've had my Drifter for a few months and have put about 1500 miles on it and try as I might I can't remember what I was doing before I got it. What did I think about? How did I function without the Drifter? What future plans could I possibly be making without the Drifter?
Oh and in case someone is wondering...I still love my bike
Here's a recent pic:

Ricardo you will be the envy of all your buddies because you have the coolest bike, I would not think of getting rid of mine till I can not ride anymore.....
I'll will my bike to the forum to raffle off to a good person, so people in 0hi0 most of you are out....lol.......
back on thread...

That was a G R O A N er. Seems like now that you mention it, I had heard that one before. A long long time ago....
And don't apologize - you're not really sorry about hijacking the thread....
I'll have to admit that went right over my head
as in Olive the flying reindeer..
Just to bring it back off track again..
John.
I love my Drifter, too...there, I hope, back on track!
yes Sir GreenBarn I got you.....so I am now happy...lol.....took you long enough........
and I am sorry because Ricardo has not learned to deal with you.......
Louie Louie, me gotta go
Louie Louie, me gotta go
Fine little girl she waits for me
Me catch the ship for cross the sea
I sail the ship all alone
I never think I'll make it home
(chorus)
Three nights and days me sail the sea
Me think of girl constantly
On the ship I dream she there
I smell the rose in her hair
(chorus)
Me see Jamaica moon above
It won't be long, me see my love
Me take her in my arms and then
I tell her I never leave again
(chorus)
Now we need someone to post the lyrics to Louie,Louie...
LOL

it plainly said olive the other reindeer, listen again.....
Unless they released a different version of the lyrics, there is no "Olive" in "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer". The lyric is ALL OF...

nothing wrong with the Easter bunny and no not Rudolph I have Olive hidden in my house.....Quote
I'll have to admit that went over my head.
Olive is mentioned in near every verse because she used to laugh and call him names;
never let poor Rudolph nor join in any reindeer games.
