The guys at scootworks are fantastic to deal with though. Here is a couple pictures of the installed brackets on my bike. I left the double seat frame on to show the fit. The adapters run on the inside of the double frame, which obviously leaves the seat too wide.

No it will not. I just got mine in the mail yesterday after specifically asking on the phone "will this fit on my 2 up double seat" and they told me it would. Works great for the solo though. Would love to find a drivers backrest for the double seat !

ScootWorks has listed on their site mounting brackets/sissybar combo for Drifter 800....YES. Now the million dollar question is will it also fit around the stock 2-up seat? I realize its a relatively new product, but if anyone knows or has a comment, I'd like to hear it before I send in my order.
