With no order update, I contacted saddleline (by phone) asking what was going on. For an entire week, he kept telling me "its going out tonight, you'll get it in 2 days". On business day #16, I finally put my foot down. I told him "if I don't see any movement on the UPS site, I am canceling payment". He continued with excuse after excuse. Now my card company is fighting for my $360 back.
