I have  been in touch with Ratman's sister since his death, and she is looking for a Chris Fraser - Someone that Ratman knew, evidently.  If anyone on here fits that description, or anyone knows who it is, or how to contact him, please let me know.

There's several on FB, here's one in Sudbury Ontario CA . https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=825785503&lst=100000492222415%3A825785503%3A1529084187&sk=photos
