Might take her out. They are saying 60 degrees. Then snow and 50 mile an hour winds... and then sleet and then hail... and then locusts and then the end times.
Suzie are you in St. Catherines by chance?
Nice Bike!
I have the same thing happening to me
Well zoar that is why I am starting my own 800 collection........
Quote from: Zoar on January 05, 2018, 10:13:16 AMWhen you say,"The tribute bikes and retro bike that has come out this year just look idiotic and wrong". Are you referring the new 2018 Indians by Polaris are is there some other bike here I'm not familiar with ??Haha!
The more I ponder the Drifter situation the more I am inclined to buy more.
I've decided that I will probably buy any Drifter that comes on the market. I just need a corrosion free barn storage facility. The tribute bikes and retro bike I am seeing come out this year look idiotic or just "wrong" to me .... While I think the Drifter just looks perfect! And someday more people will come to this realization.

LOL, those are actually Polaris Drifter tribute bikes, LOL.....
Nice bike Zoar... But I don't want to take a ride with you,
Yea, I think the 1999 to 2007 Drifter (cost about $3000 to $6000) is much better looking than the Polaris costing much more.
Quote from: Old Drifter on December 21, 2017, 09:16:15 AMI guess she'd have to sit real close then...not that it would be a problem.
That's a nice way to rest your back while ridin'...
Gene, that woman has got good taste...

last night I went out for a ride. I went into a store and when I came out there was an SUV parked next to my bike.
As I was climbing on the saddle the door swings open on the SUV and I hear this older women's voice say, "I just have to tell you THAT is a beautiful bike!"
I said thanks.
Then she said, "Is that a new one made to look old, they are all doing that now?"
I said actually it is a 2002.
We exchanged a few more pleasantries, then I drove away.
It happens a lot. More since I added the hard bags.
